Before visiting the store you should discuss all details of order with our manager:

1) to receive confirmation of product availability

2) to get the number of order.

Delivery is carried out:

1) In Pavlodar, within 3 working days after receipt of the order at a convenient time for you or by agreement with the store manager on any other day.

2) In the case of non-cash payment, delivery, or the sending of an order for production, is carried out the next day after the receipt of money in our current account.

3) Check the possibility of delivery day by day with the store manager (depends on the load on the delivery service).

4) Applications drawn up after 15:00 will be processed the next day.

5) The working hours of the delivery service: in Pavlodar: from 9:00 to 18:00 daily, Saturday: from 10:00 to 13:00, Sunday is a day off.

Shipping cost in Pavlodar:

1) When purchasing goods worth over 100,000 tenge. Delivery of large and small-sized goods within the city of Pavlodar is free of charge.

2) When purchasing goods worth less than 100,000 tenge. delivery cost is 1500 tg.

3) Delivery is valid for all categories of goods, with the exception of plastic products.
